When is Restaurant RoadRunner open?
We are open 7 days a week.
Mondays - Fridays : 11am - 10pm
Saturdays : 11am - 10pm
Sundays : 12pm - 8pm

What fees does Restaurant RoadRunner charge?
Our delivery charge is $5.99 per delivery. No processing fees added. Sales tax is added to all food/beverage purchases. Deliveries outside of Alpharetta will reflect additional delivery fees and/or gratuities. Give us a call. We will be happy to accommodate you.

What is the minimum order?
There is a $15 minimum for delivery. The $15 minimum applies to each restaurant you order from. This total does not include your delivery fee.

Can I order from more than one restaurant?
Yes, Restaurant RoadRunner charges a $5.99 flat rate delivery fee for the first pick up. A $2.50 additional delivery fee is charged for each additional pick up.

What is your ordering policy?
We deliver breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A 15% gratuity is automatically added for all breakfast orders. The 100% gratuity goes to your mobile waiter. We encourage all large orders to be placed early in advance.

What restaurants can I order from?
Restaurants are available according to your delivery zip code. We deliver to residences, businesses, and hotels. You can order via phone or online. Check us out:www.restaurantroadrunner.com

Can I set up a business account?
Yes! You can set your account online or call 770-870-7132.

How do I order online?
Ordering online is simple. Enter your delivery zip code. Click on the restaurant of your choice. Select menu items, include delivery information, choose payment options, and hit the send button. Print out your receipt. This will complete your order.

What method of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cars and enrolled company checks.

Does the meal carrier check my order?
Your carrier relies on the restaurant to prepare your meal accurately. For health reasons and safety issues, carriers are not allowed to check your order. Always check to make sure you are satisfied with your order before the meal carrier leaves. All orders are final once the meal carrier leaves the premises.

Should I tip the meal carrier and how much?
Yes. Your carriers' style of service and presentation of their efforts to deliver your meals fast and accurate are reasons to tip just as you would tip your waiter. A standard tip ranges from 15%-20% of the total purchase. All orders over $50 will automatically be charged a gratuity of 15% of total order.

How is my meal transported?
Your food is transported in insulated bags to keep them at the required temperature.

Can I add onto my order after it is placed?
Yes, you can. Additional ordering may delay delivery time.

What if I want to remove an item or cancel my order?
Changing or canceling must be within 5 minutes of placing an order.

How long will it take for my meal to be delivered within the Alpharetta perimeter?
Normally, it takes 30 to 60min. for your meal to arrive. However, we must take into consideration traffic, road construction, restaurants' preparation time, and the forces of nature. If your meal is delayed, a customer representative will call to let you know.

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we do! Restaurant RoadRunner's gift certificate is the perfect
for people who are unable to get to their favorite establishment or others who like to dine out. Gift certificates are ideal for new parents and employees working long hours who don't have the time to get breakfast, lunch, dinner, or items from one of our additional pick up locations we service.

What additional services do you offer?
We deliver prescriptions, clothing from the dry cleaners, and/or pet food from your pet store for a flat rate of $9.99. Store hours may vary. Please check before placing an order (Alpharetta only).

Do you accept coupons?
Unfortunately, we can not accept any restaurant coupons for delivery. Restaurant Roadrunner offers exclusive online promotions for registered users.
